All sales of product and services are final and non-refundable once order is recieved and process begins. In the case of misordering (wrong package is order by customer and requires different package, e.g. customer purchased an entry level package and was really senior level profession requireing a high level product, customer purchased add-on package and actually required a full package, etc.) we will charge as applicable for required increase in price.

Delivery and Timing of Products/Services

In general, all draft resumes are normally delivered within five working days to two weeks. This timing may vary based on the complexity of the resume created as well as requirements for information, data and input that need to be supplied by customers. Oftentimes, a client must provide detailed information required for authoriship of their resume (i.e. employment history, skills, tasks undertaken, education history, insights into work progression, etc.). All of these can impact the timing of deliverables. Additionally, finalization of resumes requires input from clients as to framing, confirmation of completeness and details. Cover Letters and other supporting career and personalbranding materials normally flow from creation of key resume documents and required additional development time. It is not uncommon for an entire  branding process with career materials development in a comphesive package coupled with consulting/coaching take two to three/four weeks.
